CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE (CGV) :
1. Subject-These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of personalized music offered by Tune4You.ch. 2. Order - The order is confirmed after payment. The customer undertakes to provide accurate information necessary for the creation of the music.
3. Price-Prices are indicated in CHF, VAT included if applicable. Tune4You.ch can change its rates at any time, but already paid orders are not affected. 4. Payment-Payments are secured through our Stripe and PayPal service providers. Tune4You.ch does not store any banking data. 5. Delivery-Music is delivered in digital form (mp3 or wave audio file) to the e-mail address indicated. Estimated time between 4 to 5 working days according to request 6. Right of withdrawal-Since the music is custom-made and personalized, no refund can be requested after the start of the creation, however an adaptation is possible according to the request. 7.
